This wod was definitely tough but it also provided me with a sense of accomplishment due to the fact that everything was weighted even the hspu’s. When I first attempted diane by itself (21-15-9 reps of 225lb Deadlift/HSPU’s) the hspu’s murdered me and at that point I put some extra time into working on them but not to the point that it took away from other areas. I will not tolerate un-addressed weaknesses. I may not be good at something but at the same time you will find me working hard to improve those areas of weakness.
