8 x 2 @ 80 to 90% (pick a weight and stay there for all 16 reps. Focus on speed and power)
Met-con
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
5 Dead-lifts @ 315#/220#
10 Toes to Bar (any part of your shin or foot must touch the bar)
7:35PM
Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Increase weight every set until you reach a probable 5 rep max on your fifth set. Rest 3 to 5 minutes between sets.
Post snatch weight, rounds completed, and overhead squat weight to comments.
